Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

Change of mind

If you have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note, provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Bugsy the label does not offer refunds.

Please note, should you wish you return your items, Bugsy the label does not cover shipping costs and the item needs to be returned within 7 working days.

Once the item/s have been received they will undergo a quality review and our team will contact you to provide you with your credit note.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and credit note policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Sale Items

We do not exchange/refund of sale goods. These item/s are final sale item/s and can’t be returned unless deemed faulty. This includes sample sale goods.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us at returns@bugsythelsbel.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item/s faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 7-10 days processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
