Shipping Policy

If you reside in Australia, a flat rate of AUD$12 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) applies for orders under AUD$150. Orders over AU$150 will be sent for free with standard shipping.

Australia Post is unable to give exact time frames, however you can see an up to date look at their most recent estimates below:

DOMESTIC ORDERS - AUSTRALIA

Standard Domestic - $12  

Express Domestic - $15

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

Whilst we endeavour to get all domestic orders delivered within 5 days, please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order to arrive. Longer if you are ordering within a sale or festive period. If your order does not arrive within 7-14 working days please contact orders@bugsythelabel.com and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently. 

Bugsy the label will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by the customer or for the delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the specified time frame.
